Meet the Icarus team

Max Lewendel

CEO / Artistic Director

Max's ideal job is bringing a company of actors together to create Shakespeare and Icarus' other work in a unique way: kinetic and through a “contemporary lens”. He is also thrilled about all sorts of tragedy; the darker and deeper the better. Taking the audience on an emotional journey that weaves together with the best dialogue Icarus can find.
